If you like fruit juice, bear in mind that their acidity can also cause problems for your teeth, and so try to limit these types of drinks to mealtimes only.
It is also a good idea to leave it a little while after eating your meal before brushing your teeth, as brushing them too soon thereafter could actually cause more harm to your teeth than good!
